Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS

Chia Pudding

  • ½ cup Chia seeds

  • 3 cups coconut milk

  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract

  • A pinch of Himalayan salt

  • 3 tablespoons of honey (or anything sweet to your liking)

RECIPE PREPARATION

Chia Pudding - Base Recipe

  • Put the coconut milk, in a bowl. Stir in the Chia seeds little by little with the milk to avoid any lumps. Add vanilla, honey and salt to the mixture. Cover and chill in the fridge for about half an hour to an hour to allow the seeds to expand and absorb the goodness.

Toppings:

As toppings you can add seasonal fruit of your choice. My favourites are Mango, Strawberries, Kiwis & Caramelized bananas. Top it off with nuts on all of the blends.
