Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy & Payment

  • All classes for Awra Yoga must be paid in advance

  • Please try to book only the classes you can attend to avoid cancellations.

  • Class passes are not refundable, if you are unable to come to the class every week, please don’t buy one.

  • In circumstances such as illness, personal difficulty or change of circumstances, payment may be transferred to participation in the classes later.

  • Class bookings: Pre-booked classes must be paid for in advance. Classes will automatically be deducted from your bulk class pass.

  • Early cancellations: Class bookings can be cancelled up to 14 hours in advance

  • Late cancellations: Any cancellations made after this time (within 14 hours of the class start time) will not be credited back to your class or refunded. No refunds will be given for unused classes and no extensions will be made.

  • Class passes are non-refundable, for a transfer of a pre-booked class please contact me with prior notice.

  • You must contact me up to 14 hours before the class start time, to transfer a pre-booked class, failing to do so you will be charged. Transfers cannot be given after this time.

  • There is no refund policy following cancellations or no shows, but I can offer re-scheduling for another class if you contact me in advance. 

  • You may also pass your booking onto a friend at no additional cost but we must be notified via email if someone is attending in your place.  

  • Timetable and rates: Timetable and monthly rates are subject to change. Awra Yoga will provide 2 weeks notice for any price adjustments.

    PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES

  • Private Yoga Tuition - Terms and Conditions

  • Your private yoga session should be paid for when booking, in advance.  This payment will reserve and secure your booked session. If you need to cancel or change your booking, you can do so, provided that 14 hours notice is given.  

  • If less than 14 hours notice is given or you do not attend your session you will be charged, the fee will not be refundable or transferable.

  • If you are late for the private session, the class may still go ahead but will end at the agreed booking end time; as other classes and sessions will follow.

  • This applies to all services carried out by Awra Yoga on the premises, mobile or online.

  • You are expected to provide all correct details about your health prior to attendance and you are responsible for your own health and well-being.  

  •    All Terms and Conditions on liability apply.

Health Declaration

I acknowledge that yoga is not intended to replace medical care, and that it is my responsibility to advise Aphra Williamson, Awra Yoga of any injuries or health conditions that I may have. I acknowledge it is my responsibility to do the yoga practices within my own limits and capacities, to prevent any injury or discomfort.

I certify that my level of physical and psychological health as determined by myself, or my medical doctor, will allow me to safely and fully participate in the class.

I agree to Awra Yoga using my email address and phone number for the distribution of newsletters and keeping up with the latest Awra news and offers.

I understand that photographs, videos, and or audio recordings may be taken by Awra Yoga during the classes. I irrevocably consent to and authorise the use, publication and reproduction of these photographs or videos for any editorial purpose, Tv or promotion, advertising and other purposes whatsoever. I understand that there will be no financial or other remuneration for either the initial or subsequent use of these photos/videos and consent to being photographed or recorded.

 

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are non-refundable or transferable and are valid for 6 months from time or purchase, contact needs to be made and appointment/classes booked within 3 months.

Pay As You Go Class – Rs 600

Block of 4 classes – Rs 2200

Block of 8 classes – Rs 4000

Block of 12 classes – Rs 5400

Yin - Yoga Rates:

Pay As You Go Class – Rs 800

Block of 4 classes – Rs 2900

Block of 8 classes – Rs 5500

Block of 12 classes – Rs 7800

Terms and Conditions

  • 4 class pass is valid for 6 weeks after your first attendance and becomes void thereafter.

  • 8 class pass is valid for 10 weeks after your first attendance and becomes void thereafter.

  • 12 class pass is valid for 14 weeks after your first attendance and becomes void thereafter.

NEW STUDENTS must make contact before booking.

If you have not attended for some time, you must make contact to check the class is still running and available.
