For 13 years I was a flight attendant, zipping across the world leading a jet setting life. Not only did I live and work around people from over 150 different nationalities, I had the greatest advantage of learning much about their culture and their exotic cuisines. I acquired an abundance of knowledge and much inspiration which I have assimilated to create an experience par excellence. I’ve made a lot of friends, I’ve learnt so much from my time of traveling and the endless possibilities the world has to offer. It made me adaptable and the dynamics of communication and interaction helped me evolve.

Being a flight attendant was a dream but it had it’s disadvantages. My body was constantly put through different shifts, long hours of work and all in different time zones. It was fun but it was also exhausting. After a while, I came to realize that I had to take care of myself in order to sustain my fast life. I had to make conscious decisions in the way I ate and exercised. Especially being a victim of PCOS, I HAD to give myself the nourishment and the love I deserved.

Lucky for me, I have parents who are extremely conscious in the way they eat and take care of their bodies. Diet and exercise is key in our family and my parent’s habits have passed down to my brother and me. So I turned to my family and my grandparents’ ways and turned up the cooking and work out regimes, taking a leaf here and there from all the cultures I’ve learned from and VOILA! I have a new passion. Nutrition and Health.

Yoga came naturally to me. I was a professional dancer for most of my teenage life, so that made me disciplined and flexible in my practice. So for me, when I do yoga it’s like a dance and it empowers me to push my boundaries. It has also shown me the many benefits in my journey to healing. I have grown to understand my body, my mind and the person I am today. Growing emotionally, physically and spiritually is my goal and I hope to radiate this passion to my family, friends and the people around me. I strive to build a happy and healthy environment for us to live in and spread an awareness of love and humanity. Come join me, I promise you it will be a journey of change and fulfillment.  We’ll take it step by step and most importantly, we’ll have fun!
