Yoga and meditation gave me a way to reconnect with my true self, slow down and take joy in the present moment. It made me an introspective person and helped me connect my body and mind. Transformation and growth are the key elements in my practice and I really look forward to sharing this experience with you.

The beginning.

I started my yoga journey with Hatha style yoga and I advanced into Vinayasa, Somatics and Yin. I love to incorporate all these styles into my yoga classes along with the 5 Elements; earth, wind, fire, water and space, which surrounds us and influences our bodies and minds, aiming at giving you a unique experience. No matter if you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, we can still connect and have some fun!
